With a blend of shamanistic style Reiki and other energy modalities, Teresa will assist you on your path to improving health, stress reduction and relaxation, healthier relationships, and finding inner peace and acceptance.  Teresa works extensively with essential oils and crystal therapy assisting the client in self-healing while balancing the chakras and clearing the auric field.  She is an experienced dowser with the ability to locate areas in the body where vital life force energy is lacking or not properly flowing. Teresa teaches all levels of Reiki including the advanced Karuna Reiki.  She has also received her Advanced Certification through The Anastasi System of Psychic Development.  

REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.  Reiki is the Universal Life Force Energy that flows through and surrounds all life.  Reiki is administered by a gentle “laying of hands” or holding the hands slightly above the body in the auric field.  Techniques such as this have been practiced for thousands of years.  Reiki is a very simple yet powerful technique that can be easily learned by anyone.  Reiki energy is only capable of positive effects.

SOMA PI
Soma Pi means, “complete physical body encircled” and is an amazing process for living better health.  It is both a preventative force and a healing force.  It has been used with great success for over 15 years by practitioners all over the country.  Soma Pi is a completely unique energy healing method that facilitates profound changes in health.  Children and animals especially love receiving Soma Pi healing and receive benefits almost immediately.  Soma Pi works quickly and efficiently.

DOWSING
With our every thought, action, and emotion we change the subtle energies around us. With negative thoughts and emotions, we invite detrimental energies into our lives and space. When we surround and fill ourselves with fear, anger, resentment, or other negative emotions, we in essence create blocks and many times aren't able to move forward in life.  If we stay in this negative energy long enough, it can become detrimental to our health. We can change these detrimental energies by transforming and transmuting the negative energy into positive energy that benefits us instead.  With positive thoughts and emotions we become more harmonious, receive greater healing, prosperity, and success.  Dowsing can help you find these negative energies and change them to positive, beneficial energies.  These energies need to be corrected for optimum health and longevity.
